As you know for a long time, Microsoft releases Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) for each version of Windows to manage servers remotely. Microsoft has released RSAT tools for Windows 10 1709 (Fall Creators Update). Note that this package bring together Server Manager, MMC components, PowerShell cmdlets, and command-line tools to manage Windows Server 2016 as well as Windows Server 1709. Microsoft pointed out that some tools can be used to manage Roles and Features of Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2.
In summary, it is recommanded to use the flowing versions for the different platforms:
- WindowsTH-RSAT_WS_1709 for Windows Server 1709 platform,
- WindowsTH-RSAT_WS2016 for Windows Server 2016 or previous releases,

Sometimes, it is required to uninstall powerful tools from a specific system for security reasons.
